Weather-Resistance Laboratory
Let's explore our weather-resistance laboratory, where we conduct tests simulating harsh weather conditions, including temperature/humidity, xenon, UV aging, and salt spray.
Glue Laboratory
We have a team of skilled glue mixers who specialize in creating customized glues with specific characteristics tailored to meet the unique requirements of our customers.
Finished Product Laboratory
Testing with different instruments: Contact angle meter evaluates hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, pull tester measures tensile strength, steel wool abrasion tester checks scratch resistance, tape holding track tester evaluates tape adhesion, PPF pendulum impact testing machine tests impact resistance.
Quality Detection Room
Our quality detection room utilizes 10 equipment to test the performance of products, ensuring the qualification of the first product, release film, and TPU master batch through various tests, guaranteeing a high pass rate in product quality.
Stewing Area
This designated area is our stewing area, where the coated products are carefully placed and left for approximately 12 hours. This period allows for effective cooling of the products and enhances their stability.
Casting Laboratory
We use cast equipment to test TPU raw materials, ensuring the functionality of TPU masterbatches when converted into a base film. This helps us identify the most suitable particles and maintain the quality of our TPU base film. We have exhibited this process at multiple exhibitions to showcase our production capabilities.
Coating Production Line
Our casting process involves 10 steps: material drying, vacuum feeding, high-temperature melting, filtration, extrusion, roller cooling, film application, manual testing, infrared detection, and edge cutting/rolling.
Packaging Workshop
In our packaging workshop, workers cut and pack products according to customer specifications. Manual quality inspection is conducted, and any defective film is removed. Our standard size is 1.52*15m.
Color-changing Laboratory
Our TPU color films provide superior durability and protection compared to PVC films. The colors are vibrant and closely resemble the original paint. We offer customization options and have a variety of popular color-changing schemes available.
